The studio
A bathroom is the smallest room in the house and the hardest to get right. Six trades, a few square metres, and every millimetre visible when it's done.
So we settle it before we start. Layout, finishes, fixtures and lighting are resolved and rendered while the old room is still standing, which is the cheapest possible moment to change your mind. Then the same people build it. The person who drew the arched niche is the person who sets it out on the wall, and there is no handover in the middle for something to fall through.

How a project runs.
Consultation
We see the room, listen to how you want to use it, and say plainly what the space will and will not allow.
Design and 3D
Layout options, a finishes and fixtures schedule, and renders of the finished room from the angles you will actually stand in.
Build
Strip-out, structural work, rough-in, waterproofing, screed, tile, joinery, glass, fit-off. In that order, by one team.
Handover
A walk-through together, the room cleaned, every fitting demonstrated before we hand it back.
