Our story
We removed the gap in the middle.
The Bath Suite exists because of a gap most people meet halfway through a renovation. The designer has finished and left. The builder is interpreting a drawing they did not draw. And the client is standing between them, translating — usually on a Tuesday, usually about something that has already been tiled.
We removed the gap by doing both. The person who draws the arched niche is the person accountable for setting it out, so there is no handover to fall through and nobody to point at.
The work is bathrooms, and very nearly only bathrooms. It is the smallest, wettest, most heavily serviced room in a house — six trades have to agree inside a few square metres, and every millimetre is visible when it is finished. Specialising means we have made these decisions before: where the waste can move to, whether the ceiling will take a recessed shelf, what a marble mitre will do at an arch. We make them faster, and with fewer surprises for you.

The studio is led by Steve Gale, a licensed carpenter and bathroom renovator, working from Sylvania across Sydney.
Construction is carried out under NSW Contractor Licence 697736, held by Winspear Developments Pty Ltd — the company behind The Bath Suite. The trading name is what you will see on the site fence; the licence and the contract sit with the company, and both are set out in full below.

How we work

Resolve it on screen
Layout, finishes, fixtures and lighting are settled and rendered in 3D before anything is ordered — the cheapest place to change your mind.
Build it in sequence
Strip-out, structural work, rough-in, waterproofing, screed, tile, joinery, glass, fit-off. In that order, by one team, with no waiting on a subcontractor to call back.
Finish it properly
Silicone lines, grout colour, cabinet alignment, the last brass fitting. The final five per cent is what makes a bathroom look expensive.
