Full bathroom renovations, Sydney

The whole bathroom, by one licensed team.

We design the room in 3D, then build it ourselves. No gap between the drawing and the tiling, and nobody to point at when something does not line up.

We reply to every enquiry. Your details are used only to answer it.

Design and build in one

Layouts and renders are done in house, and the same team builds what it drew. One contractor is responsible for the room.

An itemised quote

You see what each choice costs before anything is ordered, and any variation is agreed in writing before the work happens.

What a full renovation involves

Back to the studs, then forward properly.

Most bathrooms that need renovating do not need a facelift. The shower is in the wrong corner, the vanity door fouls the towel rail, there is nowhere to put anything, and the waterproofing under the floor has been failing quietly for years.

A full renovation strips the room back to studs and joists. That is the only point at which the layout can genuinely change, and it is the moment to move the waste, widen the shower, lose the bulkhead that was never doing anything, or take the tiling to the ceiling.

From there it runs in order: demolition and removal, structural work, plumbing and electrical rough-in, waterproofing to AS 3740, screeding, tiling, joinery, glass and fit-off. One contractor carries all of it, so no stage sits waiting on somebody else's diary.

Where the difference shows

The parts you cannot see later.

01

Designed before demolition

Layout, finishes, fixtures and lighting are resolved and rendered before anything is ordered. The cheapest place to change your mind is on a screen.

02

Waterproofing we tile over ourselves

Carried out to AS 3740 by the same team that tiles on top of it, so nobody is covering up somebody else's shortcut.

03

Joinery made to the room

Vanities and shaving cabinets built to the wall you actually have, with the waste and mixer set out before anything is cut.

04

A program you can plan around

A sequence and a finish date come with the quote, and we flag a long lead time on tile or tapware early rather than halfway through.

Before you start

What people ask first.

How long does a full bathroom renovation take?

Weeks rather than days. The honest answer depends on the size of the room, how much structural work is involved, and how long your chosen tile and tapware take to arrive. You get a program with the quote, and we tell you up front if a selection has a long lead time.

What does it cost?

It depends on three things: the size of the room, whether the layout moves, and what you specify. Moving plumbing costs more than keeping it. The quote is itemised so you can see what each decision adds, and we will tell you where money makes a visible difference and where it does not.

Do we have to move out?

Usually not. If it is the only bathroom in the house we will walk you through the sequence and the days without water before you commit, so you can plan around it rather than find out midway.
